What’s Included in Your Packages?

  • Coffee or Ice Cream Consultation

    At this visit, we will get to know each-other, discuss your needs and determine the package best-suited to you. This visit is always free.

  • Prenatal Visits

    These in-home visits are a time for us to deeply discuss your birth desires, draft a birth plan, talk over your questions/concerns, learn coping techniques, practice laboring positions and offer other individualized support.

  • Continuous Labor Support

    From the moment labor begins, we will be in constant communication with you by phone/text until you decide you’re ready for in-person support, whether that’s at home or meeting at your birthing location. Once you’re ready for in-person support, we will stay with you throughout your labor into the first few hours postpartum.

  • Postpartum Visits

    These visits are a time to check in on how you’re feeling emotionally and physically. Many parents enjoy debriefing their birth experience during this time. We will also assist with breastfeeding (if you choose to do so), discuss general newborn care, baby-wearing, and any other questions you may have.

    - 2 prenatal visits

    - On-call availability from 38 weeks

    - Continuous labor support

    - 2 postpartum visits

    - Up to 4 additional postpartum support visits available. this is personalized based on your needs.

  • Birth Package 2

    - 2 prenatal visits

    -On-call availability from 38 weeks

    - Continuous labor support

    - 2 postpartum visits

  • Labor & Birth Support Only

    - 1 hour virtual meeting to discuss birth plans, preferences and questions

    - On-call availability from 38 weeks

    - Continuous labor support

  • Birth Photography Add-on

    - Birth photography is available as an add-on to any of our birth packages. This includes coverage throughout your labor and immediately postpartum.

    - 5 sneak peeks delivered within 1 week of your birth

    - 50+ photos will be delivered digitally within 4 weeks of your birth

Pricing varies depending on the birth package ($700-2300). I would love to sit down for coffee or ice cream to discuss your needs and create a plan best-suited to you.

Your health insurance may cover our doula services. We are currently able to bill the following:
